Top Pay & Benefits:

• Newly increased pay – teams make 75-80 CPM*!

• Incentive Tiers*: (pay is split between both drivers)
• < 18,000 miles/month - Earn 75 CPM
• 18,000 - 18,999 miles/month - Earn an additional 2 CPM
• 19,000 - 19,999/month - Earn an additional 3 CPM

*At the end of each month, total miles driven by the team are reviewed to determine eligibility for the incentive. Incentive CPM rates apply to all miles driven in the following month, based on the prior month’s mileage tier. This means the performance in one month determines the incentive rate for the next month. This incentive applies only to mileage-based pay structures.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 21
• Must have a valid CDL-A commercial driver’s license
• Must have 6 months of experience
• Must pass DOT physical and drug screen
• Safe driving record (no serious violations or patterns of irresponsible driving)
