CDL-A Dry Van Truck Drivers:
- Earn: $62,900 - $81,900 per year*
- CPM Range: $0.55 - $0.63 CPM
- Monthly safety bonus based on performance
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,200 - 2,500+
- Sign-On Bonus: Limited time $2,500
- Bonuses: $500 onboarding bonus = $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay
- Requirements: Valid CDL-A, 21 years+
- Experience Needed: 6 months of recent OTR or regional CDL-A experience in last 3 years, safe driving record
CDL-A Refrigerated Truck Drivers:
- Earn: $68,600 - $85,800 per year**
- CPM Range: $0.60 - $0.60 CPM
- Monthly safety bonus based on performance
- Average Weekly Miles: 2,200 - 2,500+
- Sign-On Bonus: Limited time $2,500
- Bonuses: $500 onboarding bonus = $250 orientation pay + $1,000 vacation pay
- Requirements: Valid CDL-A, 21 years+
- Experience Needed: 6 months minimum (1 year preferred), safe driving record
