Top Driver Trainers Earn $110,000+ Annually - 90% No-Touch Freight
Why Drive for CFI:

- Each driver is paid their pay rate for all miles the truck runs

Peace of Mind with Layover Pay: At CFI, we strive to provide our CDL-A Drivers with consistent miles. In the rare event of a layover, you'll receive $125 after the first 24 hours and $125 for each additional 24-hour period, ensuring your time is always valued.

- $3,000 referral bonus for each experienced driver hired
- Priority status on the planning board when you have a student onboard

Trainer Qualifications:
- Valid CDL-A
- Experienced driver with 6 months of experience: 1 month with CFI
- Previous Student Trainee: 6 months with CFI
- 21 years of age or older
- Have the right to work and live in the United States
- No preventable accidents within last 6 months
- No DOT preventable accidents within last 12 months
- No moving violations within previous 6 months
- No unsafe CSA violations within previous 6 months
